Version: 2026-03-26

This Disclaimer applies to all content, data, tools, analytics, alarms, and services provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a Wyoming limited liability company ("Coinslator," "we," "us," or "our"), through the Coinslator platform and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

1. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

All content, data, metrics, tools, analytics, alerts, and information provided through Coinslator are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes, or should be construed as, any of the following:

  • Financial advice or investment advice of any kind.
  • A recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, digital asset, derivative, or other financial instrument.
  • Trading advice or a trading signal.
  • Legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting advice.
  • A prediction or guarantee of any financial outcome.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits, risks, and suitability of any financial or trading decisions you make. Coinslator strongly recommends that you consult a qualified, licensed, and independent financial advisor, broker, attorney, or other professional before making any investment or trading decision.

2. Not a Registered Financial Service or Adviser

Coinslator is a data aggregation and analytics platform. It is not registered, licensed, or authorized as any of the following in the United States, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction:

  • Investment adviser or financial adviser
  • Broker-dealer or securities broker
  • Commodity trading adviser (CTA) or commodity pool operator (CPO)
  • Futures commission merchant
  • Exchange or alternative trading system
  • Money services business (MSB) or money transmitter
  • Bank, credit institution, or financial institution of any kind

Use of the Service does not create, and should not be interpreted as creating, a financial advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Coinslator.

3. Data Accuracy, Completeness, and Delays

Market data displayed on Coinslator — including but not limited to funding rates, price spreads, open interest, basis, yield figures, arbitrage indicators, and historical averages — is sourced from independent third-party exchanges and data providers, including CoinGecko. This data:

  • May be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to API outages, rate limits, or network issues.
  • May differ from data shown on the originating exchange at any given moment.
  • May be subject to retroactive correction, revision, or removal by the data source.
  • May be rounded, normalized, calculated, or otherwise processed for display purposes.
  • May contain errors, inconsistencies, or gaps without notice.

Coinslator makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of any data displayed on the platform. You must independently verify all data before relying on it for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to making trading or investment decisions.

4. Cryptocurrency and Market Risk

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly speculative, unregulated in many jurisdictions, and subject to extreme volatility. The value of cryptocurrencies and derivatives can increase or decrease dramatically in very short periods, including to zero.

  • Trading or investing in cryptocurrencies involves a substantial risk of financial loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
  • Cryptocurrency derivatives (including futures and perpetual contracts) involve leverage and carry additional risks beyond spot trading.
  • Arbitrage opportunities shown on the platform may not be executable in practice due to slippage, fees, latency, liquidity constraints, or exchange restrictions.
  • Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction may materially affect the value and legality of cryptocurrency activities.

Past performance or historical data shown on the platform does not guarantee, predict, or imply any future results, performance, or outcomes.

5. No Liability for Losses or Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coinslator and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or otherwise — arising out of or related to:

  • Any trading or investment decision made based on data, tools, alerts, or information provided by Coinslator.
  • Inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable market data.
  • Platform downtime, service interruptions, technical errors, or bugs.
  • Data feed failures, API outages, or changes by third-party data providers or exchanges.
  • Actions taken or not taken in response to alarms, notifications, or alerts delivered by the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data.
  • Any reliance on the Service for financial decisions.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Coinslator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Data Sources and Exchange Independence

Coinslator aggregates data from independent third-party sources, including but not limited to: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate.io, Kraken, KuCoin, Phemex, Hyperliquid, MEXC, Bitget, BTCC, DigiFinex, Coinflare, WebSea, and CoinGecko.

These third parties are entirely independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Coinslator. Coinslator is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy, availability, or completeness of any third-party data.
  • Any errors, outages, or policy changes by third-party data sources or exchanges.
  • Changes to third-party APIs or data structures that may affect data displayed on Coinslator without prior notice.
  • Any losses incurred on third-party exchanges as a result of using Coinslator.

7. Forward-Looking and Historical Information

Certain figures displayed on Coinslator, such as average funding rates (1-day, 3-day, 5-day, 7-day), historical spread data, or yield calculations, are based on historical data and mathematical averages. These are provided for context only and are not forecasts, predictions, or projections of future market behavior, prices, rates, or performance.

Historical trends, patterns, or correlations do not guarantee any future results. Market conditions can and do change rapidly and unpredictably.

8. Jurisdiction and Regulatory Compliance

The availability and legality of certain financial activities, instruments, or services described, referenced, or facilitated by the Service may vary by jurisdiction. In particular:

  • Cryptocurrency trading and derivatives trading may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in your country or region.
  • The Service may not be suitable for use in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency-related activities are restricted or require regulatory approval.
  • Residents of certain jurisdictions may be subject to additional regulatory requirements, including licensing, reporting, or tax obligations.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service and any related financial activities are lawful and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction. Coinslator makes no representation that the Service is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

9. No Endorsement of Exchanges or Assets

The display of data from any cryptocurrency exchange or the inclusion of any cryptocurrency or digital asset on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that exchange, asset, or any associated products, services, or practices.

Coinslator does not endorse, partner with, or have any commercial relationship with any of the exchanges or data sources whose data is displayed on the platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Platform Availability and Modifications

Coinslator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. This includes changes to data sources, features, pricing, or availability.

11. Alarm and Notification Disclaimer

Alarm and notification features (including price alarms, funding rate alerts, Telegram notifications, and web push notifications) are provided as a convenience only. Coinslator does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any alarm or notification. Alarms may fail to trigger, trigger late, or trigger incorrectly due to system errors, data feed issues, or network conditions.

You must not rely solely on Coinslator alarms or notifications for time-sensitive trading decisions. Always monitor your positions and market conditions independently.

12. Relationship to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of the Coinslator Terms of Service. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service with respect to liability limitations, the more protective provision for Coinslator shall apply.
